Medium duty rack belongs to plate shelf, which is one of the types of warehouse shelves. According to the loading capacity, the medium duty rack is between the light duty shelf and the heavy duty rack.

The upright of the medium duty rack is formed by cold-rolled steel. The front of the shelf upright is punched with double rows of holes, which are arranged in a straight line with a 50mm pitch.

The beams should be connected through the upright holes; the upright frames of the medium duty rack are assembled by two opposite uprights with a horizontal and inclined bar in the middle.

The shelf steel panel is formed by bending the four sides of the cold-rolled steel plate according to the size required by the customer.

Then the uprights and beams are assembled to form a frame, and finally the steel panel is laid, and the medium duty rack is completely formed.
