Pallet Racks

Rules followed in storage racking production

The quality of warehouse shelves has a great influence on the storage safety system. Now in the rapid development, people are paying more and more attention to modern logistics, and the demand for shelves has also risen sharply. The range of shelf use industries has continued to expand, and shelf supply companies have continued to increase. Those form a competing warehouse storage racking market.

However, because the shelf industry access standards are too low and there are no standardized industry standards, there is a lack of clear requirements and specifications in the planning, design, production, and assembly of shelves. However, EBIL TECH believes that we must achieve the following aspects to ensure the safety of shelf use.

After we assemble the warehouse rack into a upright frame, the accuracy should meet the following requirements:

l  The maximum error of the storage racking height is ¡À2mm;

l  The maximum error of the storage racking width is ¡À2mm;

l  The maximum error of the bottom plate unevenness is ¡À0.5mm;

After welding, the storage racking beams must meet the following requirements:

l  The verticality between the three-claw clip connection and the base line of the rack beam should be within 2mm of the length of the beam

l  As for the welding position of the upright clip and the beam, the maximum error of ¡À1mm should be maintained

Request for overall device of library shelf:

l  The straightness of the upright frame aisle length of the warehouse shelf to the width direction should be within 6mm;

l  The height error between the warehouse shelf and the beam on the same layer is ¡À1mm;

l  The maximum error range of the bottom base of the shelf sheet upright on the next layer is ¡À2mm;

l  The misalignment range of the same aisle and other racks in a row must not be greater than 5L

The processing requirements for the surface storage racking treatment

l  The surface layer of warehouse shelves is treated with epoxy resin powder for electrostatic spraying technology, and the thickness of this layer is 60-80 microns;

l  The adhesion of the powder by electrostatic spraying must meet the requirements of level 0 in the GB92865-88 specification;

l  Wear resistance, that is, the hardness must meet the 2H requirements of the GB6739-86 rule, and the general hardness is more than 100 times that of nitrocellulose lacquer;

l  Corrosion resistance, that is, the hydrochloric acid test, must be more than 500 hours and meet the requirements of GB1771-91.
