What are single-row shelves, double-row shelves, multi-row shelves, and high-bay warehouses?
What are the differences between single-row racks, double-row racks, multi-row racks, and high rack warehouses?
As the main storage equipment, shelves are widely used in all walks of life. According to the order of the shelves, they can be divided into: single-row shelves, double-row shelves, multi-row shelves, and high-level warehouses. Then, what is the difference between the different arrangements of storage shelves? The following is a brief introduction on this issue from EBIL TECH.
Generally, the width of single-row racks is less than or equal to 1.8 meters, and the shelf interval is greater than or equal to 1.1 meters.
A single rack or two single-row racks are placed back to back, which is a double-row rack. The width of double-row shelves is generally between 1.8 and 3.6 meters, and the direct distance between each double-row shelf must not be less than 1.1 meters.
The width of multi-row shelves is generally greater than 3.6 meters, or the spacing between the shelves is not greater than 1.1 meters, and the total width of warehouse shelves is greater than 3.6 meters.
Electric movable racking can be regarded as multi-row racking.
The height of the shelves of high-level warehouses is greater than 7 meters, and it is necessary to rely on mechanical equipment or automated shelf warehouses with intelligent control operations.
The straight distance from the indoor floor of the warehouse to the roof panel is called the large headroom. If the ceiling is inclined, the large headroom is the straight distance from the indoor floor to the roof ridge.
